Mullins Heights Villa apartments few minutes from Mullins Beach. which has a swimming pool perfect for sunbathing and taking a dip to cool off. There is a gazebo for alfresco dining or early evening cocktails! As well as our newly refurbished Rooftop Bar, amazing ambience for relaxing and watching the sunset. There's also a pool table.
The property is situated a 3-5 minutes walk from the famous Mullins Beach. The penthouse 4 bed suite, making this development ideal for any large families/groups wanting to stay together or as individual units.
A house keeping service 3 times a week with air condition units in the bedrooms.There is a good wi-fi service throughout the property. You will find a combined living and dining room with West-facing terraces that have a stunning view of the West Coast sunset.
We are able to provide transfers from the airport if requested at approximately local BD$100.00. We are also able to help with any activities you would like to do whilst in Barbados. Shopping can be made readily available on arrival and special deals for water sports facilities on Mullins beach can be arranged.

Summary: Rick and Glenda met us at the airport and that was the start of a great holiday. The apartment is lovely and Rick was full of advice on where to go for drinks, meals and sightseeing - he seems to know everybody!! We could not have chosen a better place to stay on this beautiful island.

Summary: We had an excellent time and Ricky went out of his way to ensure our stay was pleasant. This property was the perfect size for my wife and I and our two daughters. Close to the beach, a couple of food options, and groceries (with other food/grocery options a short taxi/bus or manageable walk nearby). Ricky was very attentive to our needs, including driving us around and providing several activity, entertainment, and food options. Although the beach was close by, it was nice to have a well-kept pool and deck right out the back door, which gave us a nice break from the sun near the end of the week.

Summary: Unfortunately there was a double booking which was not a great start for us. However, Ricky couldn't have been more helpful in finding us excellent alternative accommodation. He also offered us to pick us up at any time and take us where we needed to go as we were further away from the beach and restaurants than expected. It was inconvenient to be located further away from our friends than planned, but the new accomodation was luxurious and beautifully looked after by lovely staff who were extremely welcoming. Not a trouble free visit but one that we thoroughly enjoyed, and we would certainly book through Ricky again. He was a great host .

Summary: Just spent a week in the, 2 bedroom Apartment, Great location, close to beach, Ricky owner was awesome. Dealt with any issues promptly couldn't have been more helpful. Pool and roof top area were great. Very quiet and private. We will definately be back. Thanks Ricky for a wonderful week.

Summary: My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon last year and am now planning a return trip in a few days The island is remarkable with great beaches and places to visit . The condo is clean and the owners go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable

Summary: I loved staying at Mullins Heights Barbados. I truly fell in love with the island and the people. The owners were really lovely and nothing was to much for them, they organised a car to meet us at the airport as we have never been to the island before and also arranged for us to have some basic provisions for when we arrived. The apartments were clean and tidy and perfect for me, my husband and our son. There was everything in the apartment that we need so cooking for my son was very easy. The beach was only a short distance away where we did lots of water sports and relaxing. The nearest towns were only 10 minutes away on bus so a car is not really needed. I would like to thank the owners for such a fantastic holiday and if we return to Barbados we would come back to Mullins Heights

Summary: We stayed at Mullins Villa for our anniversary in October (last month) and it was the perfect place to be, we had such a wonderful stay! The owners are really super at organising all your needs prior to your journey. We were met at the airport and when we arrived at the apartment it was even better than the pictures!! Amazing place, great design, beautiful surroundings and super amenities close to hand. Would highly reccommend a stay at Mullins to all. A trip to Mullins Beach is a must! And if you want to go for that special meal then Daphne's is the place to go! Thanks for a great stay, will be back for sure!!

Summary: I went down to Barbados this past February with some friends for a week of laying around and fishing. The Mullins Heights 2 bed condo was exactly what we wanted (for our price range...). Property is beautiful. The condo looks and feels brand new. Everything inside was very clean, updated, and pleasant. We were more than happy to spend countless hours on the front porch looking over the ocean. I'd say the pictures on the website are completely accurate. Pool area is also very nice, but who needs it with a gorgeous beach so close? Neighborhood is very residential and quiet. If you are looking for an active, touristy place, this is not it. We kind of enjoyed this, however. It was quiet and relaxing. The grocery store is about a mile away (bus/cab) and there is a gas station mart down the street for quick needs but is more expensive. At times we wished we were closer to more of a touristy area, but we knew there would be trade offs for the price we got. We loved eating dinner, having drinks on the front porch watching the sunset. Speightstown is about a mile down the road which was fun on the few nights we felt like heading out. Mullins Beach is beautiful although it's taken a beating from recent storms. Swimming was incredible. The restaurant is expensive but its well worth it for at least one upscale dinner. The staff was also incredibly friendly. They came by everyday to check on us and see if we needed anything. They were constantly cleaning. It also felt very safe. We used the condo driver (philmore) all the time. He was very punctual and gave us great deals on some of the long trips we wanted to go on (like visits to Crane Beach).
